I bought a vehicle from Uniworld a couple of weeks ago. Overall good experience. The guys there were easy to get along with. They made the necessary paperwork straightforward and simple. It was apparent that they were experienced with the process. The whole process was pretty low stress because they allowed plenty of time and opportunity for me to compare vehicles and make a decision. I initially emailed Uniworld about the vehicle I was interested in. I was a little turned off from the short email response I received. But when I called them and later visited in-person, they were friendly and receptive to my questions. So from that I recommend phone or in-person communication for the best experience. But again, they were overall great to work with.

First, and foremost I would like to say Mike was such a friendly person! I bet he was the family jokester! upon arriving, the main entrance was a little tight, and my fiancé car couldn't get in one side due to a big ditch. However, we got in there. Mike answers all the questions, and concerns that we had regarding our vehicle search. This is my first car, and it was a smooth process, and I had everything that I needed for him to run a credit check on. Loved how Mike even helped me find what's right for my budget! So when leaving the tire pressure sensor lights came on, and the mechanic on the other side was quick, and helpful fixing it. Mel at the mechanic shop next door, he even went out his way to help me find the back light, where there's water that got inside of it. Overall I was completely satisfied with everything, and how helpful everyone there was especially Mike. Thanks for helping me get my first car! you guys are awesome. I definitely will reccomend to friends, and families as well.
