I was trying to be a good customer I haven't even had my car for two months and I'm already having transmission and radiator problems...this lot will not help you with repairs the owner was very rude to me and I had to file a complaint with the FTC about companies like this....if you want to keep your hard earned money go somewhere else this is not the lot to invest your time or money in car is currently in the shop as we speak. She has vehicles over 16 years old for about 5k with very high mileage about over 200k ....... Still have major issues they are a great place if you are in need of transportation and desperate 🙃

Terrible customer service. I was willing to pay cash for this vehicle after a test drive. I understand it's snowing and no one wants to be out in this weather, but she could have made it clear that she was about to leave before giving me the keys. As I sat in the vehicle and started up the car, after 4 minutes she approached the car and said turn it off and give me the keys I'm ready to go home. Just rude and unprofessional and she didn't know I had cash in my pocket and was ready to buy, but because of her rudeness I will take my money elsewhere. I will never go back there or refer anyone to this place.
