Made sure I will not do any business with them. Gate City Body Shop decided to leave their flyers on each and every car in my apartment complex parking lot, disregarding the 'no soliciting' signs at every entrance point... but that's not the real problem. They used cheap gloss card that melted to the window glass on a hot day. Now I'm left with a quarter of one side of the card fused to the window, including inside of the door as they rammed the flyer deep inside. I didn't need any work on my car done (especially body work), but thanks to Gate City Body Shop now I do! Thanks Gate City Body Shop for giving me more work. I guess time to get some window cleaners and scrapers and try to fix it. Never used their services, and after seeing how inconsiderate they are about just dumping their "marketing" on every car in the lot I never will.

I called, explained a basic request to paint two fenders and a bumper cover off the car. The person taking the message indicated this was some how a bizarre request. I left my contact information, but never received a reply.

Stop putting adds on people's cars. It sticks to their windshield and is a HUGE pain to clean off, not to mention a hazard if they don't have the immediate ability to do so. There are better ways to advertise. Just STOP

I chose Gate City Auto because all the body shops on my insurance list were booked for months. Im glad they were because they did a great job. They told me is was going to be a week and it was only a few days. April was very friendly and professional. When I went in it felt like I was talking to someone that I have known forever.
