My car was there for six months the same day I pick up my car it run hot because they used used parts. I picked up the next time it ran hot in MARYLAND took it back again all in one week mind you. So I pick it back up waited for a day or two because I don't drive to call myself waiting to see. Two days before my birthday I am driving to New JERSEY Get MARYLAND it began getting hot. Stopped let it cool. Now I am in New JERSEY at the that was it. I called CROWN advised them of my situation. They just stopped taking my calls all together. I had to get another Engine $5,000 I had to get a loan to get back home. I want my money back because of them parts or somebody not repairing correctly workmanship. After six months to repair come on.

Dropped my car off here because it was a shop that my insurance, USAA dealt with. I hit a deer in March and finally got to drop my car off in May (I get it, supply chain, Covid,etc). Got a text message that my car was ready to be picked up 5/10 by 4:30 and when I showed up, it was not ready. I was told the text messages are "automated". Well, why are you sending them out to people if they aren't accurate. The text messages were the only communication I had with anyone at this body shop the entire time my car has been there. Car won't be ready until at least 5/16. Poor, poor communication and customer service. Also, the blond lady at the front desk is rude. She probably shouldn't be a first contact with customers. The sales guy was at least nice. The entire situation super frustrating and could have been avoided with proper accurate communication.

Great place to go for auto repair. Staff was helpful and gave updates every day on the progress of my vehicle. Car looked new when we picked it up. Highly recommended.

I had two deer collisions in the last two years and after the second my truck wouldn't pass inspection. I took it to Crown Paint and Body and they restored it to better than new! They did fantastic work, had my truck done three days early and kept me in the loop all three weeks in email and texts. My estimator was very, very good answering my phone calls and texts and kept me informed and in good spirits during the entire process. This shop is way above average and I will forever use them when I need something fixed.
