Yes you may. For months my company was trying to figure out what our options were with 2 lifts we have. We wanted to know if we were better off fixing them or trading them in. After 3 to 4 visits from 3 or 4 different employees of yours over a 2 month span, someone finally told us the lifts needed to be taken to your shop to be evaluated. It took 2 months to tell us that. Not to mention how many phone calls and emails I sent to you that went completely ignored. I immediately called Crown, had a rep here the next day. They immediately told me the lifts needed to be taken in to be evaluated and a few days later I had all the information from them I needed to decide what we were going to do. We then cancelled our service agreement with you and are now doing business elsewhere. So, your customer service and your lack of communication is why I gave you 1 star. Have a good day!
