I have been going to NTB for years. Today was the absolute worst!! I went for an oil change and within 50 mins, my car was complete, so I thought. After starting my car, I noticed the “Engine Oil” light still on. I drove up to the bay, and informed a technician that my light was on. A guy then came over to my car and got in. Not once did he greet me. He then proceeded to turn off my car, but couldn’t get it back on, because I had the key (push to start button). Over the next few minutes he fumbled with all the buttons on my dashboard, trying to figure out how to turn off the service light. Throughout that time, he continuously said “I didn’t change your oil, and the guy should of read the instructions printed at the bottom of the document.” After returning from getting the instructions, the gentleman attempted to turn the light off once again, failing to do so. I then said “it’s fine, I’ll go to the Infiniti dealership for them to turn it off.” His response: “if you aren’t in a rush, I can figure it out.” I politely declined. He then storm off, throwing the papers in the trash.

Fast, friendly service. I needed 4 tires and was greeted with professional courtesy and open communication on when they would be available to install on my car. Convenient after hours key drop. Did not try to upsell or recommend unnecessary work. Very pleased with service. Only one recommendation for this location...move or elevate sign for better view of it and add light to sign at night. Easy to drive past it due to low visibility.
