Visited the Discount Tire at Concord Mills to replace the rear tires on my company vehicle. Paul P was spot on delivering above and beyond on timeline that it would take to get the tires brought in and out the door without having to come back for a second trip. Always great service at this location over the last 20 years.

Great service, in and out really quick. Everybody there was very helpful. I bought some wheels and tires at another location and I was getting a shake out of the front end. They got me in and fixed the problem in a very good amount of time.

Caught a tiny nail in my tire so I popped in on my lunch break. William got me hooked up w a repair in a very timely fashion. Guy is very laid back and cool to talk to, would highly recommend working with him or honestly any of the guys here, there's a very friendly atmosphere here that instantly calms any woes I had previously. First time at the Concord Mills location and I had a great experience!! I was sincerely impressed by William Tuller who helped me with a new set of tires and also helped my friend with new rims and tires. Will was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just simply nice to talk to. I would recommend discount tire (and specifically William) to anyone!!
