Kuddos to the entire team that helped me with my rental. From the initial call, to the young man at the shop, to the delivery drivers…what a positive experience. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous and explained the process all along the way. I rented a 3500lbs mini excavator for tree stumps and ditch digging at my residence. A special thank you to the Service Technician who came out Saturday evening (ran out of daylight and awkward spot) and back again Sunday morning to reinstall the track. Thank you!

I called at 730am to reserve a piece of equipment. I spoke with Destiny and informed her that I needed this particular piece for the weekend. I was told no problem, It's here, come get it. I drove an hour to pick up the machine. When I arrived I was told it had been reserved, and not by me! I told the salesman that I had spoken to Destiny and she said it was available. He asks her about it and she lied about even speaking with me. Good luck dealing with this location. You're going to need it!
