The line is extremely long and only 3 ppl on register. The line is to the closed fitting room. This is sad. Plus the shelves are bare in some spots. Hope this gets better.

Long lines got to register card reader broke so I couldn't get my merchandise. There was no management team to assist the associate. That's 1 hour of my time that I will never get back!

Love Ross!! I had a little complicated return the other day, and the associate was so friendly and patient.... I'm just shocked!! It was such a great experience!! I have to shop for my grandmother who has dementia as well as myself and just had too many receipts!! She helped me figure it all out!! Thanks :)

***WARNING HONEST ASSESSMENT TO FOLLOW *** Huge inventory in clothes. Downsude: much of the inventory targeted at youth: torn, holey, patches, appliques, unusual colors and patterns, urban street gear, etc. Shoe inventory was scant with limited selection (not many styles). Long lines, slow service. Prices are Higher than other similar stores that have more options/better selection.
