I went to make some returns. The staff was very nice and easy to talk to. She really made the process smooth and quick. One of my returns expired so I had to do an even exchange and she helped me with that as well. Very well laid out store. I was just bummed the fitting rooms weren't open.

this was possibly one of the worst store experiences ever. the store was a mess and so unorganized. the staff was completely rude, and one blatantly screamed at a customer in checkout, with the manger right beside her. the manager did nothing. we went to checkout in the mens section, the women who was running the mens section cashier decided to leave and talk to her friends instead of continuing to do her job and check people out. another staff member came up to us and told us she would be with us shortly, she then screamed across the store telling us to checkout in the front, was extremely rude to us and acted like we were a bother. was very unprofessional and rude. As we were walking to the front she then told her friends she would check them out at the area we were just at. i honestly do not recommend coming to this location. was an extremely bad experience.

I work in customer service and all of the employees could use some more training. I don’t believe that the customer is always right but if someone was told something by another employee, then it needs done. I was told by one employee that the mens fitting room was open until 7. I go to that side of the store and I’m told “I had to close the fitting rooms at 6”. It was 6:01. I asked about the 7pm rule and asked if I could speak with a manager. I was shopping for a family funeral this weekend so this experience just made this week harder than it needed to be. The manager was honestly the rudest one there. Her attitude was terrible and she has no customer service etiquette whatsoever. Then when I get to the cashiers, my bag was thrown at me. I just walked away. I normally don’t shop at h&m but I decided to give it another chance. This one will be my last.

The selection of merchandise is very nice. Many pieces rival that of higher end pieces at first glance and if you are on a budget- this is the place for you to look chic on a budget. But on a Saturday, expect to wait in a long line. I took some nice pics. Check them out!
