Went yesterday 4-9-22 had maintenance done . Guy Thomas was amazing ! He took the time to explain everything that was going on with the car and answered all my questions ! Very respectful ,and always stayed smiling 😄

I've had my vehicle here maybe six times for oil changes, one repair, and lastly an inspection. Every time something is messed up. A ripped engine cover, dirty seat, missing fastener under the hood, now a broken grill clip. I had it there two weeks ago for the inspection. Yesterday I noticed my grill hanging out. There is NO impact mark on the grill to have been damaged on the road, as it would be visible in the chrome. I'm done.

Took both vehicles over there at one time 12/08 took my trailblazer there for a oil leak and they fix oil leak and found other things wrong they fix that also did a oil change that day then my gear cable broke within a week also took my foes explore there to get horn replaced picked up explore and drove right down the street to get gas and seen a leak coming from under my explore I called them and was told it shouldn’t been no leaks come and found out it was cooling leak which one had no leaks when I took my explore over there for horn replacement then horn also wasn’t working so had to take it back there and they said the leak was radiator leaking but it wasn’t leaking before I took it over there for repair. They are good at oil changes but repairs you have to be careful with that major repairs. Spent over 3,000 for both car repair less than a month service was 12/08/21.

I have used Precision Auto in the past and I had great experiences with Tom. They were all really nice folks. But the current Manager Chris is very unprofessional and dishonest to the core. There is also another guy called Jay who is also not any good. He does not even have any basic knowledge on cars and the way they treat the customers is outrageous. Folks please save your hard earned money and don’t trust your car or your life with these folks. Just a pure waste of time and I cannot trust them and come back to this store anymore. Please stay away folks and this is honest feedback !
