They had a very cute section organized in the front for the fourth of July. I wish they took appointments to sell clothes though, because we arrived one hour after opening and there was already a 5 hour wait to get my clothes sorted through, and we had come from an hour and a half away to visit this store. Not very many good brands and most of the staff were rude except for a few girls. It was clean though. I wish they organized by brand. Like if they had one rack for Anthropologie and Free People, one rack for Brandy Melville and John Galt, one rack for Shein and Fashion Nova, etc. Also did not appreciate how the bathrooms were locked and I had to go to the front and ask for a key. I understand that it prevents shoplifting, but it was quite awkward. Pretty so-so experience. Some good stuff, but not a ton of options. Might come back.

I used to LOVE this store but it seems to get worse and worse every time I go. I have attempted to go there at least 10 times to sell clothing and they are always done taking for the day, even super early. I went there the other day, drove 30 minutes, waited all day for them to be done looking at my clothes and was given FIVE DOLLARS. They took 2 items out of 2 large bags of recently bought clothing that were all clean, barely worn and “in style”. I literally brought a pair of pants that were from a store that I bought a week ago and they didn’t even take them. It’s so frustrating to take my time to go there and not only be spoken to rudely but also not get the correct amount of money for what I’m selling. Honestly they shouldn’t even say that they take clothes cause it’s complete waste of time.

When the store first opened it was great. Had a great selection of brands and styles to buy, and I sold to them many times and left totally satisfied. I would rave to people about my experiences here.., but unfortunately it’s gone downhill the past few years. The last few times I tried to sell to them I was surprised they passed on a ton of in season/in style good quality items…and the clothes they have now are disappointing. Two stars because i recently scored a nice authentic Michael kors bag and when I went today I got a mk wallet and black booties. Probably won’t come back any time soon. It’s sad that I used to love this store and see how drastically it’s changed

Double Takers

HONESTLY BETTER CLOTHING SELECTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SAVERS AND GOODWILL, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I’m 14 and since I’m a “kid” it seemed as they where taking advantage of me since they did show me what they took or not to see if I wanted to decline their offer. I wasn’t even talked to that professionally. Which is honestly infuriating. I drove with my family for about 40 minutes to get to the store. The people told me I had to wait 2 hours for them to be able to sort through the clothes. So we ended up going to the mall and looked to other places we where out of the mall super quick but still the clothes weren’t done. After along time shopping through 4 hours and having dinner the clothes were done. Absolutely ridiculous because when I walked into the store there was no one besides around 4 workers. I was given $15.25 and they didn’t tell me what they took. But the clothes the didn’t take where just thrown right back into my bag. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. I ended up shopping around in their store after but I didn’t see anything cute it was all stained and really not stylish. I also saw a shirt with the original price tag of $6 but was on the rack for $9. What happened to 70%-90% off the original price. Even the jacket with an original price of $12 was there for $22. I think I waste more of my own time and energy than actually getting anything. They honestly need to figure out what real style is instead of only taking what their interested in. I walked out with 1 new shirt, a unfolded bag of clothes, and $15. RIDICULOUS
