Called agent told me that I would be covered under a warranty that I would pay only $49 & 50% off of parts - as it turns out they sign me up for a $49 per month charge for appliance warranty that doesn't begin until 7/09/22 which doesn't have any discount on the service all that came to my home today and the bill to repair the freezer was $900 for labor since the parts are not available - can't cancel the warranty - call the number and it's automated no way to cancel - total scam I'm filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency in RI

Both my fridge and freezer were not working. Had to wait 16 days for service. The tech replaced the compressor at a cost of $600 for labor for 2 hours work. When the tech was done the fridge fan was making a loud clicking noise which I pointed out to him. He asked me to wait 24 hours and if there was still a problem to call his cell phone. After 18 hours I had an error code indicating a fan failure in the fridge. Called the tech's cell phone, never got a call back. Called Sears Appliance Repair back, have to wait 12 days and it looks like I'm going to be charged for the visit. I will never, ever use Sears Appliance Repair again.

On his first visit, the technician diagnosed the problem and ordered a water pump for my dishwasher. He returned to install the water pump after it was delivered. On both visits, he was prompt, professional, courteous and pleasant. And (yay!) the dishwasher is operative once again! I'd rate him a 10 if I could!
