Just wanted to say I had a incredible experience with you guys. From sales to delivery. The two guys you sent John and Jim were amazing and extremely helpful with my elderly mother. They did the delivery fast and efficient I couldn't believe it. Was worried at first because the fridge was big and my door ways are pretty narrow. John took it apart down to the last screw on a 100 degree day I felt so bad but he got it in and I was very impressed. I'll never shop at big box stores again. They even helped my mother who is 86 sweep and clean behind the fridge after they pulled the old one out. Thank you new england appliance!!!! We will definitely be back and I'll be telling my family and friends about the wonderful experience I had with you guys. Hard to find stores that take their job serious these days. These people are pros and care about the customer which is a HUGE plus! Keep up the good work and Thank you again!! 5 stars!!!!! 😊

Frigidaire's white 6 cu manual defrost upright freezer (FFUM0623AW) is readily available for order for $429.99. Right now, we could have it here in a week or less. LG makes a stainless steel 6 cu upright frost free freezer (LROFC0605V) that is available in the same timeframe for $529.99. Hope this helps!

Delivery fees are set based on the town the product is going to, and can include up to 4 items for no additional charge. The fee also includes removal of the existing product (if any) and in some cases, installation as well! We have a top-notch team that we are very proud of!
There is a charge for delivery starting at $45 depending on where you live. Simple hookup of washer and haul away is a courtesy, however anything involving gas or dishwasher hookup requires a plumber. You can get a referral.
