I recently purchased a sectional at the Warwick location and the process was great! Alan, the salesman that worked with me was polite, accommodating and wasn’t pushy. I was going to purchase something a little more expensive but it unfortunately wouldn’t fit in my apartment. Alan then showed me another sectional down in the outlet that was smaller and just what I was looking for. Delivery was smooth and the men who brought it were kind and on time.

We went in hoping to find a sofa on sale. We found a whole lot more than that! Dan B assisted us with the sofa and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and fully aware of warranty, delivery and promotions. On our way out, we passed the sleep store. Like many of you, I have a hard time getting a good nights sleep. Nick T took us through the Bridge-It process, picked out the best pillows and took us through the mattress selections. We made our choice and decided to upgrade to a King sized bed so back to Dan B to buy the bed frame! It was a great relaxing experience. Both salesmen shared their knowledge without us feeling any pressure to purchase. Would definitely recommend Jordan’s for quality offerings, great salespeople and the friendly welcoming environment.

We were in need of a new mattress and we were curious about Bridge-it... Our sales person, Danny Cox, greeted us right away, asked us about requirements and quickly educated and scanned us with Bridge-it. Simple, quick and revealing. From there, Danny showed us several options both manufacturers and materials, explaining each along the way. Short story, we are confident we found the right mattress at a company competitive price and it be delivered within a couple of days. Thank you Jordan's and TY Danny, well done!

When we needed to replace our old mattress, we went straight to Jordan’s and once again it lived up to expectations. Susanne made it easy to give Jordan’s a five-star review. She greeted us at the entrance and took the time to understand our needs and budget. We were carefully measured and tried out several mattresses so we could understand the strengths and weakness of each possible choice. Although dozens of mattresses were available, careful screening helped narrow things down and we never felt overwhelmed. Susanne is an experienced and highly-trained salesperson, but she never gave us the ‘hard sell.’ We always felt respected. The store is clean and airy, with room enough to move around in comfort. A good mattress is expensive, but our health is worth the investment. We have no hesitation in recommending Jordan’s.

I know they take away old mattresses because they charge for it whether you have one or you don't because I don't have one in there charging me to dispose of one which I don't understand so I know they do mattresses they might take other furniture too you'd have to check

Yes there is an escalator and an elevator. The walkways they leave are pretty wide too

Last time I was there they did have one. It was in the kids/teen room area. They had a great selection of fold out couches there too.

Try contacting the store instead of Google maps.
They have never removed the old furniture for me. I have asked about it and offered to pay extra for it but had no luck. We have had good luck in the past with donating the old furniture and they will remove it for you.
Google maps is for directions, user reviews of companies, and to ask some basic questions. The questions are usually answered by other users, not the company. For product availability I'd call the store or check their website for an email / chat option. Good luck finding your loveseat!

I'm pretty sure they have a standard delivery charge of around 65 bucks. However, they do offer free pickups if you have a vehicle that can transport it.
