Went in for a full synthetic oil change and cabin filter change. I had the filter and the asked them to replace it. After an hour and a half they said my truck was ready and charged me 14.95 to swap the cabin filter I provided them. I went into the truck only to discover that the filter was sitting in the box and was not changed at all. But they charged me for it. I went back in and they apologized. There is no excuse to change someone a service and not delivering. I paid $108 for my full synthetic oil change. Was it changed? Was it synthetic? I have no answer but no reason to believe they did not do that service either

Was visiting family in Warwick RI and had car trouble. This service dept. was extremely helpful, diagnosed the problem and fixed our vehicle in one day and got us back on the road.
