they will take old furniture....make arraingments before your delivery

I brought it some furniture at Jordan about one year ago if they sales person ask if I have piece of furniture to be remove,she add to my acount at fee for disposal old furniture.and some other fee .I recommend ask to the sales person and keep eye open on your facture.
They do mattress haul away when you buy a new one. I'm not sure if there is an extra gee or not. I got a recliner some years back and the delivery guys took an old chair for a fee. I think it was 25 dollars back then. If you have a chat with the nice sales folk there I'm sure they'd be able to give you more info
