Horrible customer service. Took two hours for a pizza to get to my business. Spoke with Becca who said she was the manager. Her customer skills are lacking. I ordered and never got that order was charged 2x. She would not refund me. Then when the pizza finally got here it was cold and my X-Large pizza looked like it was a small pizza. If I could post 0 stars I would. Corporate got a nice complaint. Becca even told me I was rude for giving my credit card number too fast. Get a new job Becca!

Worst Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had!!! This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a pizza like this from this location. There’s NO cheese! And 2 inches of crust on a medium!! Not ordering for you ever again!!

First off, delivery driver is great. However, store service is not. They don't pick up the phone. I placed my order online, and it doesn't tell me the estimated time till after I put the order through. It says 119-129 minutes for my delivery! I couldn't find a cancel button, so had to call the store. Good thing the estimate was way off and they delivered my order in reasonable time. However, they forgot to put the spinach I ordered.

Do Not eat at this location. The amount of cockroaches in this store is baffling. The district manager believes that it is completely acceptable to sell food that roaches have crawled on. I was fired for refusing to subject our customers to that kind of disgusting practice. This store ONLY cares about grabbing your money. RUN!!!!
