Im sorry this is long but I was TOTALY IMPRESSED!!! I had an appointment in West Warwick. Decided to stop into Christmas tree shop when I noticed "The Furniture Depot" and decided to check it out.You never know where the BIG IDEAS come from :-) From the moment I walked in...it was like being at a parade or a carnival! At every turn there was something else exciting to see! Im not a fan of contemporary but even those displays where creative and fun to look at! Some of the more extravagant and bejeweled displays actually had me fantasizing that "if I had a room for it I would like that!". Even the accent pieces (decorative vases and such) that were somewhat the same color and style were all decoratively different. I got a lot of different ideas on how to change the look of the same item. I also noticed what appeared to be the only salesman in the store running from one side of the store to the other, front and back, side to side, never missing a chance to greet a customer. I was really IMPRESSED with the work ethic he seemed to have. Many stores, that have twice the employees, are often talking to one another and not very involved with the goings on around them. This guy had his nose to the grind stone...AND HE WAS ALL ALONE! I happened to be walking past him as he was moving furniture, fluffing pillows and rearranging accent pieces. I just had to let him know that his hard work was NOT GOING UN-NOTICED!! His name was Richard or Rich and I complimented how much I liked the store and asked if he had anything to do with the way it looked. Humbly he responded that he "does his best" :-) (he even had a small amount of sweat on his brow from all his running around!). He was pleasant and had many great things to say about the store. I thought at one point he must be the owner but come to find out he wasn't and that this was just a regular job for him. In anycase....I felt compelled to write a nice review not only for a very nice store but a great experience with Richard the representative of the store. Please pass on my appreciation with him...So few good employees like this anymore. Oh and give him a raise! He's a keeper! Sincerely Lori Ellis Marlborough, MA

This company puts unauthorized advertising signs in places they are not supposed to. In my rural town (Scituate) we have a rule that no temporary/portable signs are allowed. And this company which is a couple towns away put up dozens all around town many of which were on private property without any prior authorization. One of the intersections was loaded with them with about 6+ signs. This is just overboard, the town has asked them to take down all signs, let's see if they comply

The best service I have received to date! Ms. Sandra was very welcoming and extremely helpful.I highly recommend visiting and purchasing from this location. The furniture is great quality and I was able to buy a reasonable warranty on my purchases.
