We had the pleasure of working with Roberto, Dahiana and their wonderful store manager to buy a new mattress, sofa and some tables for our new house. Unfortunately, I forget the store managers name but she was super personable and had a great eye for style. The whole sales process was wonderful and educational and they made every effort to meet our needs. Who knew there could be so much to learn about sleep! Moving to the delivery process. Overall it was smooth and the delivery team was very nice and worked very efficiently. Unfortunately a few of the items came in slightly marked up but Dahiana turned our frowns upside-down and allowed us to keep the furniture in house while we wait for replacement and repair. The delivery team was also understanding of the situation and very patient. I know these things happen which makes it so important for a team to come together and give amazing customer support and they did just that! I didn't have to fuss to get what we needed. They were friendly, understanding and very responsive in real time. Well done, team! We will certainly be back. Supporting your customers is key to a great experience even when things don't go according to plan.

The sales people are very nice, BUT they do NOT stand by their products. We recently moved to the east coast and needed furniture for our home - R&F came highly recommended. We bought a $5,000 bed from Raymor & Flanigan. After just 6 mo, the bed was becoming very uncomfortable with VERY visible body imprints. As a reference I am 125 lbs & my husband is 160 lbs - so not very large people. R&F took MONTHS to come look at the bed. Once they looked at it - they said their delivery people had set it up wrong (it was rotated 90 deg, so we were basically sleeping on it sideways) - and that had cause the excess wear. They rotated the bed, and said you are all set. They refused to do anything to fix/replace the bed. They said the center of the king bed still had support - so rather than sleeping on our respective sides, we could simply sleep in the middle of the mattress. This companies philosophy is basically you bought it - it's no longer our problem. Technicians own photo is attached. Needless to say, we will never buy anything from this company again. And if you are looking for a company that stands by it's products OR sells well made products, this probably isn't the store for you. But as a consolation, the sales people are very nice.

My fiancée and I worked with Derek on our couch purchase for our new home. Our original configuration was too big for the space (we went in to get the couch before closing). Derek made it easy and painless to change the configuration and pricing. He gave us accurate measurements and was a pleasure to deal with.
