The first two times I used this company was efficient and friendly although the 2nd time around they did not include my motorcycle endorsement on my DL so I needed to come back in to get that done , and they argued with me about my not check ins the box to include it .. well DMV would go over it all with you and make sure .. it’s a tiny box way at top .. I think it’s a way to get more $$$ when you have to come back .. the girl on the phone said it was $7 and once you get here it’s $25 because of convenience fee .. she should have said that on the phone !!! And if owner reads this you should really talk to your employee Crystal probably one of the most rudest individuals I have ever came across , never made eye contact with me .. when I was finished with my application , she heard me stand up to bring to counter and told me to sit back down and they would call me .. like I’m 3rd grade again .. my office is around the corner and I have been referring people here for years . NEVER again .. Save your s money and go to DMV

Excellent. Efficient, friendly, got a duplicate license in 10 minutes. Love it. I am never going to DMV again unless I have to.

There staff needs to be educated. Tried to register a 1959 Antique Plate for a 1960 vehicle. They said no because the plate said 1959 on it. They never made a 1960 plate for AZ but the person did not want to hear it and thought they knew better. Good Luck! . Went to DMV and it was handled without any problem after speaking to AZ special plates. Just took somebody that wanted to educate themselves.
