Terrible and unprofessional! It’s unfortunate that good quality furniture is being handled by incompetent salespersons. This is the SECOND time (BASSETT) screwed my order up and the second time the salesperson Alexia said she would “make sure to follow up” NOPE she didn’t and I HAD TO CALL THEM!!!!! only to find out that according to their accounts the fabric I had chosen was no longer in stock? Okay so if I hadn’t called, when were they going to notify me???on the week of my scheduled delivery!!!? If it’s anything other than principle I’ll take my business elsewhere and SHRED my Bassett card ...unbelievable!!!! Note- it wasn’t an average cost sectional but a $4k piece too😡 Bye

I bought a dresser and the NEXT day I received an email advertising a sale for 30% off one item. They would not honor it stating my charge had already gone through, after much discussion they did decide to honor the sale price. The sales associate was pleasant and helpful
