Had an awesome "come on" coupon. It took the cashier a few tries but she got it right. First time at El Polo Loco in 3 decades. It's very different. But, the chicken had meat on the bones, it was cooked well and tasty.

Horrible... Ordered 3 Tinga Burritos each one had a teaspoon of chicken sprinkled in with what I would call a rice burrito. Sick of these places screwing over consumers while raising prices at the same time

Came here an hour before they closed and had a coupon for a 16-piece meal. All they had left was 8 pieces of chicken… It was a bit overpriced and they forgot my tortillas.
