Just want to give a big thanks to Chuck and Cindy at the pickup. You folks are great. Haven't had any issues with the pick-up, they're always friendly, and I'm probably only surviving because of you guys and the team you have. Much appreciated and thank you for what you do.

I thought we would try out a grocery pick-up from this location tonight as it is on my husband's way home from work. He pulled up, the lady put the bags in the car, and he came home only to find that we were missing half our groceries. Not the end of the world- I get it, mistakes happen. He called to see how it could be reconciled (we needed the items that were missing before tomorrow) and was told they would call him back in a minute. He didn't receive a call back for a short while, so called back himself and was told to come back to the store and they would try to find the missing items. When he walked in the store, they handed him a list of the items that were missing and told him he could go get them. Keep in mind- this was a grocery PICK-UP order that they failed to complete correctly the first time, had him drive back to the store to get the missing items, and then go shopping for the missing items himself. They didn't make any attempt to make this right after they failed to do their jobs correctly the first time. We were using this service because we have a brand new baby at home and thought the convenience might be nice, however the "convenience" turned into a nightmare of 2 trips to the grocery store and over an hour and a half of my husband's time. It would have been much faster and easier (and cheaper due to the gas and time of driving to the store multiple times) to just do the shopping himself. Customer service was non-existent and fry's made no effort to correct their mistake. I urge you to consider using a different grocery store location should you need the "pick-up" feature. We certainly will not be waisting our time and money on this again.

Hire more people and evaluate/performance review the leader at this location. People leave not because of the job but the leader. One person in The ENTIRE right now is unreal.

Convenient and the best gas prices that I’ve found when you use the Fry’s/Kroger points. Premium for less than $4.00 a gallon. Thank you Fry’s!!!
