The clerk was cranky, unhelpful and seemed annoyed at any questions we asked. She seemed put out at merely helping us pick out boxes and refused to do the bare minimum to assist us such as label printing or boxing up stuff which the sign out front said she would do. Her postage and boxes are also overpriced.

I am so thankful for B & B Package Express. I ship thousands of books each year from our tiny coastal town. Their service is quick and friendly. I can place UPS packages on the counter (prepaid) and dash out the door. I also use them to help when I need to ship odd packages, they walk through what I need for postage. It is in a great location on Hwy 101, with plenty of parking. Thanks for all of your help B &B!!

Attempted to ship a package but system was having issues. Original price was $32 for 3 day shipping but system wouldn’t print the label so supervisor came out from the back to assist and then the price changed to $74 for 4 days but supervisor couldn’t print either so told me we needed to come back tomorrow but price would them be $150 to have it delivered by the same time. Their incompetence will cost you and become your problem.
