Love this place! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a particularly great selection of bulk items and produce, and a ton of amazing tea and chocolate bars. We stopped in to get snacks before going hiking, and the kids loved it.

Great little town market store. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have been to a New Seasons, Nature's Grocer, or Whole Foods and liked it you will like this place, just on a smaller scale.

They have a variety of organic chocolate chip cookies for enjoying the sun or rain rainbow and snow. Vegetable, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, all kinds of stuff about organic food.

We love this natural food store and are always surprised by how less expensive it is here than we think it would be. Sometimes much less than Safeway or other grocery stores. A great selection of organic vegetables and fruits and healthy gluten-free snack items and tremendous amount of bulk items from peanut butter to soap to olive oil to all the old things that you would want in a true health food store.

You will need to wear a mask, wash your hands (per instructions) as soon as you walk in the door, and practice social distancing. There are multiple signs of instruction.

Short answer: we source as locally as possible. We have over 6000 products in 1200 sf. Assuming you are referring to our organic produce selection of 110 different items, we source locally when the growing season here is favorable.
We do have one goose available, from which you could render a significant amount of fat. We also have a good supply of Mary's Organic Duck, and Mary's Free Range non-GMO Duck

We have goldenseal in bulk, yes. If you need large quantities, such as a whole pound, we would put in a special order for you.
