Aside from from being very slow. I suggest you check your temp logs on the cooler with the kids milk. Last night our milk was spoiled. Didnt find it till a few miles down the highway. With lobby closed no point in going back. The use by date was 8/1/22.

The management here is a joke. The order taker didn't give us a receipt and they missed items on our order. Then when we asked about it the manager basically called me a liar because the order had been wiped off the screen. That wasn't my fault and if the manager had just recalled the order onto the screen she would have seen I wasn't lying. This location needs serious training and I will also be sending corporate a message. Disgusting behavior. If I could give 0 stars I would as they deserved 0.

My daughter and I ordered from door dash and they told us 1hr at 10pm it's 12:30am and still nothing.. So If they don't Refund my money I will NEVER Door Dash again. Hopefully McDonald's get way better Door Dasher's!!

Usually this kind of thing happens when non-salaried management is thin. Supervisors will hit a point where if they work a minute too long the store will be fined thousands of dollars by the state for labor law infraction. It's extremely unfortunate, yes. But it's more of a practical reality than it is rude or lazy. And no amount of explaining the moment to customers will make them happy.
