Service was pretty slow for a busy as it was. Guy taking the order seemed very friendly and personable. At the window they waited till we were there to start making the drinks, not personable at all. Not my usual experience with Such Bros. I love going to Dutch, but only for the delicious drinks, but for the positive vibes. This one fell short on that. My drink wasn't as good as I'm used to. Was definitely not what I ordered, since it's my usual, in pretty familiar with the taste and this fell short of even good. I think they missed the coffee because white coffee has a destinctive taste. So it tasted like oat milk and flavor only. My boyfriends drink was good. I hope next time in town to have a better experience and will update review if I do.

Another wonderful Dutch Bros, this one stands out as having TWO driveways, 1 in each direction. Fast, friendly service as always, and the barista even took the time to show us some tips with their phone app. And, of course, the coffee was as smooth as ever. I had a Cocomo mocha with nonfat milk, and I highly recommend it...it had the perfect blend of chocolate and coconut.

Have been waiting in line for 35 minutes...when a gal finally came out to take orders with the tablet. I explained we had been waiting in like 25 minutes and that the other side seemed to be moving much faster, to which she replied "yes there is a new person in this side of the window" I asked if the more experienced person could work both sides because thats usually protocol in service industry during rush. She replied with "we have a system in place we need to keep working" obviously its not working. You now have customers waiting in line for 45 minutes now for 10 minute coffee.

Recently had some trouble with the DB in Lincoln City across from Devils Lake SP. It may be new employees, but they messed up one of my drinks (plain iced coffee when I ordered a Kicker) and most recently, they handed me the wrong drink and asked for it back without apologizing for the mistake. There's a lack of customer service and professionalism lately.. even for Dutch which is a laid back type of business. I received better service at the DB in Newport.

You can purchase a gift card at any of the coffee locations and also on their website. On their website you can check your balance in the gift card balance area. The staff at a location maybe able to check your balance also. Hope this helps.
