I called for a repair appointment, and couldn't get anything for over 2 weeks. Frustrating, but I accepted it. After they didn't show or call, I called to ask why they hadn't shown up. I was then told that I could reschedule for more than a month later! I asked why I wasn't informed that they wouldn't keep the appointment and was eventually told the service tech was on leave. When I asked why I wasn't told about it until after I called to ask about it, they had no answer.

After having sears cancel 3 times and their technician not even unscrew anything saying the belt needs to b replaced and not having the part, we called Michael's Appliance services and he found the belt had slipped off and HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!!

The Sears guys, Mark, Dylan & David, were at my home today trying to remove a Thermador Oven and they were so agreeable and pleasant. No swearing (they had reason to) and explained everything and were a huge help. I felt confident in their work. I will not hesitate to use them again. They were also on time with a short arrival window.
