Pathetic, useless, Rude very unprofessional, unnecessary long wait times from a hour or more. Try calling can be on hold for a half hour or longer. You have to wait on hold for a little while before someone answers and then on hold for a half hour or longer to get help or a answer for a simple question.

I definitely will NOT be going there again for ANYTHING at all!! Very rude and very unprofessional to say the least. Went for a normal review and was shocked at how disrespectful they were towards me and how rudely I was spoken too. I wouldn't want anyone else to experience what I went through and I told them I'd be filing a complaint with a supervisor. Don't go there unless it's absolutely necessary.

Obviously every situation is different, but u need to show proof of immediate danger. For example, a pic of them (the parents)passed out in the car or around the kids. or a medical emergency they couldnt deal with because they were messed up. Im not a professional, but in my experience, it isn't easy. Again, im not a professional.good luck. Also if u make Three calls to c.p.s against the parents , they have to open a case.
I agree with what Andrea said. But l'm just wondering... Could you not help put her up until she can get situated? If she is stage 4 and very ill, maybe hospice might be able to help her; or at least a hospital first. I'm so sorry you are in this predicament but she is very lucky to have you! I feel for the both of you. 😢 Does she have relatives? I'm guessing not.
Do you have a annual review you missed? Has your circumstances changed/more money/someone move in or out? Call them. They'll work with you-don't be scared! Lol good luck!
