Edit: it won’t let me leave a second 5 star review but these guys are great. Stopped in this morning for a quick fix. I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, you guys are awesome and THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Since there is so many people finding a reason to complain about this establishment, I’d like to be the voice of difference and say something GOOD. I brought my car in for 2 new front tires about a few weeks ago (as my tires were dangerously bald). The gentlemen working here were extremely kind about helping me so quickly. I could not afford the alignment with my service that day and they didn’t pressure me at all to get it anyway and I really appreciated that. They did a wonderful job here and I’m looking forward to sending my car here for future services. Thank you guys for all of your help!!

Brought car in due to alarm saying service charging system. Told them could be bad alternator. They checked battery and said battery was fine and terminal was a bit loose so they snugged it up and alarm apparently went off. Sat in the lot for 10 minutes because I had a feeling it wasn't just a loose terminal and sure enough all my lights on dash lit up. Walked back in and told them alarms are back. They said they needed to keep over night and work on it the following day. Next day I called at lunch time and asked for an update. They said alternator was bad and battery is bad. I told manager I thought you checked the battery and it was fine. Said they didn't load test it. So they wanted $470 for a remanufactured alternator without labor! Had them replace battery just so I could get it home and replaced alternator myself for $175. Manager and employees are polite, but the markup on an alternator was insane to me after calling several auto parts stores for a price. They obviously make there money on parts markup.

I brought my car in last week for an oil change and a valve cover gasket, everything turned out great! They did good work and were very professional! I would definitely take my car here for future issues!

I showed up for my appointment and the guy told me he couldn't help me because he was the only one that showed up for work. Kudos to that guy for still working. I never have a great experience here but they were the only place that could fit me in. I'll just opt to wait a week next time.
