They don't stand behind their tires. Bought new Cooper Discovery AT3's from them in November 2020. November 2021 I told them tires were defective, treads are all different heights. Thought my truck had front end problems. Two shops looked it over and said the front end is solid, the tires scalloped.....just a defect that sometimes happens. Brought it to their attention and they got all defensive saying they'd only give me a discount on new tires. Gee thanks. My tires are 17". Cooper recalled this model in 18" for the same reason. Lesson learned don't do business with them.

These guys were great - I walked in with kids winter sleds that needed inner tubes, and they took it as a challenge to find the right size for the sleds I had. The customer service was awesome - they became invested in MY problem, and nailed it.
