This location has the best staff of all the shops we've been to in our travels. Good job! The service was great and the shop is immaculate. The employees should be re ognized for their great effort and team work! They make you look GREAT!

Paid for double meat for what? I nevee have had double meat be the same amount as regular. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m normally not one to complain about things because I know how hard everyone has been working (myself working in food service as well) and I normally have no issues at this location but tonight was a different story unfortunately. I placed an online order which included a California Turkey Wrap. What I wanted: Tomato basil wrap, spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, onions, S/W chipotle sauce, salt, pepper, and obviously turkey & mozzarella cheese as shown on the website. What I got: Spinach wrap, spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, onions, S/W chipotle sauce, banana peppers, pickles, olives, pepper jack cheese, and NO turkey or mozzarella… Not sure what went wrong here. When I walked in the restaurant, the 2 employees were very busy so I ended up waiting in line almost 10 minutes to pick up my order. I could tell at least one of the employees was new, but I don’t hold being new against anybody (we were all new at something at one point right?) Maybe my order got switched with another customer’s order? I was already home when I started eating it and didn’t bother going back because I just want to rest before a long day tomorrow. Anyway, I don’t want to be one of those annoying customers but I probably won’t be ordering from here for a little while and I thought someone should know about any possible flaws with the online ordering or whatever the case may be.

Everyone is understaffed I get it. I’ve had small issues at other subways that make me not want to go back. I was in the area I tried the one in Sanford, and was so pleasantly impressed, everything was great, staff was super friendly and it was clean. I was mostly impressed with the foil still wrapped around my sub, it made it not soggy by the time I made it home! I’ll drive a half hour over there just to get subway now.

Thank you for reaching out! We are currently open for takeout service only. Due to the setup of the restaurant, we are not able to safely socially distance for dining in. In addition we do offer contactless delivery service through DoorDash and, if placing an order online, you have an option for curbside service as well. The safety of our guests and staff are of the utmost importance in this time. We do daily screenings of our staff and if any symptoms are discovered we do not allow those staff members to work until a negative Covid test is provided. We have also implemented an hourly cleaning procedure to disinfect all contact surfaces such as door handles, credit card machine, and counters. Please let me know if you have any additional questions about our safety measures as I would be happy to answer them.
