This is the night of October 13, 2019. We checked in during the afternoon and then went to Hershey to the park. We came back later that night and got ready to get some sleep. Before we turned the lights of we started feeling itchy. We immediately looked even harder than we did when we checked in and found bed bugs all over both beds. They were under the box spring, they were behind the headboard and under the sheets. We immediately went back to the desk and demanded a refund. They wanted to put us in a different room which we declined. They initially would not give us a refund. We said we were going to call the health department. They said go ahead they didnt care. We got our refund and as we were packing up two middle eastern gentlemen came up to the room and started harassing us telling us to get the f*** outta here. They started taking pictures of our cars and us. We collected several bed bugs into a plastic bag, took video of them crawling all over and many photos of them on the bed. We informed the Fairview Township Police who came out and took a report. They said unfortunately they don't get involved in these things. So we made a complaint with the Health Department. I would not an enemy of mine stay in this place. There are also reviews of the Days Inn next to them that they also own having bed bugs. Please do not stay here unless you don't care about this type of thing which I can't imagine anyone not caring. They did nothing after the fact except try and bully us and swear at us to leave. This is by far the grossest motel I've ever been in and I work all over the country and travel to many states. It's not worth it at any time I'd rather sleep in my car.

This place is horrible. It's an absolute dump. The employees are super disorganized. They were overbooked which caused our check to take half an hour. They didn't even show us to our rooms. They just told us but the guy was like a 15 year old kid who was very confusing. Then we get to our rooms and it smells like cigarettes. And we had purchased a three bedroom room and they gave us a two bedroom. The next day, they didn't even change our sheets or towels. A guy came at like 6:30 in the morning asking if we needed towels. This place is very poorly run and needs some major upgrades. Pricing wasn't worth it either. Paid too much for too little.

This hotel is one of the worst I have stayed in for a while. The Internet is laughable at best, a diurnal call to the front desk to have them reset the modem grew old by day three. The boiler went out and we were left without hot water for 2 days so far. I asked when it would be fixed and they told me I could swim in the pool for free, what that had to do with me taking a hot shower, I will never know. Don't stay here, the television has so much static from deteriorated coaxial lines that watching anything isn't an option.
