Now when I arrive the place had cobwebs waiting in the vestibule. The inside where the desk was located was clean in the waiting area, the carpet needs to be changed or shampooed, the A/C needs someone to perform maintenance; it work but don’t get cold. Rooms smelled like cigarettes and it supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel. The breakfast they supply are always the same, also they leave the food on too long with out anyone monitoring it so the eggs dry out as well as the sausage. The waffle are good also the cranberry drink in the machine. Part of the hotel is shut down, no one answer s occupying that area. It’s a pretty big place, my stay there wasn’t bad but wanted to let you know what you where getting into; I had a wonderful time in our 55th convocation, God came through that place. Hope this help you guys/girls out. The price is reasonable if they could get business maybe the place could reach the potential it use to have an also you have to realize the pandemic played a part in this.

Staff was VERY friendly! I'd give them 5 starts, but.....you cannot control the AC in the rooms. When I inquired about it, they said that it's a central control. Room was stuffy and humid. Staff offered to bring a fan, which I accepted. Fan was dusty and dirty. Should have been cleaned before being put in a patrons room. Hot breakfast was good. Would give better rating if the room wasn't so stuffy.

I'm not sure why this place has awful reviews but it had me nervous about our stay. However, the place is great. It was clean, I could smell bleach in the lobby and our room, which put me at ease b/c it means it's being sanitized. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, (Mike at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful!) the pool was clean, the complimentary breakfast was at the standards of every other hotel I've ever stayed in and was fine. Overall, the rooms could use some updates, albeit that'd be a costly matter though and it's definitely not a disgusting place to stay. Would absolutely stay there again.

Let’s get down to business… When entering the hotel it is a bit dated, and screams “old money”, but once you walk down the hallway toward the rooms you quickly realize this is much more like a budget inn. Opening the door, the room was extremely hot. I turned on the air conditioning only to be left frustrated when it continued to produce heat. I called the front desk and they told me they turn off the air conditioning during winter months and should turn it on in March. This is very dangerous. The rooms aren’t ventilated and it’s dusty. Small ants and small bugs located in the bathroom and trash cans because of food. The only great thing was, many pillows on the bed. Pull out couch.. also an indoor pool. In the morning, offering bland breakfast. For the price, ok. I wouldn’t get another room simply because of the air conditioning and small bugs. I enjoyed the employees and I didn’t enjoy my stay. Hey. It’s really up to you.
