Awful. I wish there were an option to give zero stars. We did not even stay for 15 minutes. Drove 2.5 hours with 2 kids only to unload all of our things, load them back up- hang out in the parking lot while we found another room with availability at 11PM on a Friday night!!! We had booked 2 rooms. Both rooms had disgusting stained bed sheets & pillows. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. In fact nothing has been cleaned in a very long time. There were still rings on the bathtub from where there were once shampoo bottles. The freezer in the one room was disgusting- hair and grass, among other things. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes and cat urine- it was literally unbearable. I did pull back the sheets and check the beds for bed bugs. I did not physically see anything, but while standing in the hallway trying to figure out what our next move was- we heard people checking out due to a massive amount of bed bugs when they lifted the mattress. I didn’t even take the time to lift the mattress- we got everything and left that moment. We were not the only ones leaving either. ALOT of people were checking out. Despicable!! We are at our other hotel room now- bed bug, smell and grime free!

The rooms were alright. This is a pet friendly hotel so if you're allergic to pet hair you may not want to book a room here. Our toilet had a problem on the 1st night but the front desk people tried to take care of it as best as possible. We were able to move rooms on the second night. The service was excellent but the rooms were not so nice. There is a fitness room available as well as breakfast in the morning.

I stay here a few nights a month for work, so these complaints took place over several stays. Room issues: This month it’s a room without a working TV and the bathroom fan is falling out of the ceiling Last month, the sink didn’t work and the toilet sprayed water out of the side when you flushed Before that, none of the lamps in the room had any light bulbs and the outlets didn’t work The list goes on. Each month it’s a new exciting way the place is falling apart. That being said, the staff is always very friendly and helpful-zero complaints about them

We stayed here while house hunting with a toddler and 3 big dogs. They staff was very kind and accomodating during our long stay. They have a little grassy area for the dogs. I will say the breakfast buffet is lacking but I would still recommend this hotel.
