After working in the hospitality industry for over 14 years, I have never seen an employee act out in the manner so despicable . Hearing a “manager” scream at the top of her lungs, cuss out a guest, over a span of 5 minutes, is completely wrong and disrespectful. I understand not agreeing with a guest, or a guest breaking the rules, but to be handled the way it was should be catching corporates attention. I would give 0 starts if I could. Not only is this review posted on here but will be reaching out to corporate in the morning to discuss what I witnessed! Shame on your management team!

We’ll I would have given a higher rating, but we have stayed here on three different occasions, and always ask for a smoking room. We get there, tired and stressed from the trip and an unaware storm we drove through, to find we did not have a smoking room! We were moved the next morning and found out our door wouldn’t shut, yes anyone could have just pushed our door wide open! Fortunately the guy at the front desk locked our dead bolt when we left, we just had to get him to let us back in when we got back to the hotel! Yes I would stay here again! I was reading other reviews about how noisy the rooms were, being right near the highway! We stayed in two separate end units on 2 other occasions, and honestly the noise was minimal if non existent when the door was closed! For the price you couldn’t ask for a better hotel and location is great !

Customer Service, some roaches…and more We were there for almost two months and they did not change sheets or clean. They only gave us towels. To clean the room they told us that it was going to be occupied that night and they moved us. Cristal is very rude with the guests. I'm not saying it just for myself. I saw how she treated the people who came to the office while I was there. The last time they moved me to a room, I fell asleep for almost half hour because I go to work every day at 4:00am and they canceled my reservation for not delivering the key on time when they called me at almost 3:30 pm to tell me that the room was ready...When we had been there for almost 2 months, leaving them money daily. And sometimes I pay online in Booking.com and send a message with my room number and they answer me in a bad mode. VERY RUDE

Positive: The location was very convient. The service could have been a bit better when we checked in but check out the staff went above and over to take care of there guest. Negative: Well when we checked in the lady was very rude, and the towel were not big enough, and not enough towels in the room. I feel that we should of had a bigger and better room for the amount of fee that were charged...

You are upset you were ask to leave and you know the reason why. You not once said anything about mice in the weeks you stayed. We are a kid friendly, family oriented motel with many families staying here. God Bless and good luck with your future and your child
