Cody was great. I had an issue that looked like an expensive repair based on all the symptoms that turned out to be a loose wire. Cody let me know and charged me just the diagnosis. I’m sure there are plenty of shops that would have gone for the full repair anyway. I’ll definitely go back.

Calling the center "Complete" Auto Care is an overstatement. My vehicle was towed in to the Tangerine center due to an intermittent starter issue. The vehicle wouldn't start in my driveway, but would start when unloaded from the tow truck at Firestone. For this reason, Firestone refused to do more than run the automated battery/alternator test. Based on results, they convinced me to buy a new battery. I drove the vehicle home - where it sits dead until I have it towed to a truly "Complete" auto care center. The Center Manager called me to explain their policy -- I asked if I could call his cell phone for a ride the next time I'm stranded. He was speechless.

Love this place. I take both mine and my wife's vehicle here for oil changes. They are really cool. Tommy is a cool dude, go see him.

I called to see if I could have my clutch master cylinder replaced and they said they couldn't help me I was really bummed because all the other Firestone complete Auto Care would help but I couldn't get it in until next week but this Firestone here told me they couldn't help me I should go somewhere else. Not entirely sure they know what they're doing.
