The white female manager or general manager whatever she was , is a very rude person and does not deserve a position as such . She should be at the fry station where the fry guy(the tall Mexican dude) can’t learn how to put enough fry’s down so people aren’t waiting all day for just French fry’s .just saying .

I have been a long time Five Guys customer, however, my last trip was the worst burger and fries that I have ever had at this location. The meat in the burger was way overcooked, dry and flavorless and I believe the fries were the scraps that had been leftover from the day - a cup full of small 1 inch pieces that were brown and hard. Same with the 10 pieces that were in the bag. Extremely disappointing. The crew working on Thursday night of 1/20/2022 needs to be retrained. It's going to be a long time, if ever, that I want to go back.

As always... If you want a great burger with some amazing fries or a delicious hot dog, this is a great place. Amazing mood and the people are very kind. You can get ur burger with everything on it(lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, bacon, etc.) If you really like burgers you cannot wait to go and enjoy it. Don't forget, Five Guys are the one thar you need to visit
