I know they are new but the drive thru line at any time of day takes 10min just for one car. We went inside after realizing it would be a long wait. Had to repeat the order 3 times, then not everything was in the bag, no utensils for some of the messy stuff and no sauce for egg rolls. Big fail.

Drove through to get a breakfast jack and coffee .kid at the order speaker was not very enthusiastic about taking my order. Told me it's going to be awhile because we make them fresh. Duh I hope so ! That was before he told me that they're having a shift change and going to be awhile if I want to wait. Coffee was cold and didn't offer to make a fresh pot.the place looked dirty and so did the kids working there. Thumbs down 👎

I understand being understaffed so we did not mind the wait in the drive thru (inside was closed). We were there 45 minutes. The gentleman at the window asked if we wanted sauce. I asked him what they kinds they had. He said I don't know. Huh. Anyway, had to air fry our fries cuz they were not cooked. Then I open my Hamburger to find there was actually only HALF a patty on it, the smallest tomatoe ever and almost no ketchup. It looked nothing like their sourdough jack. It was terrible. Short staffed or not, this is just unacceptable.

I'm sorry, I thought I wrote a review - must not have saved it. I have been to this location four times - it is a two minute drive for me. I always use the app to order and pay. The first trip was great - everything seemed smooth. The second trip, they were missing a specific bread - no big deal, I was give a choice as a replacement. It happens and it was handled well. The third time is when it got really shaky - some food was hot, some was not and it took quite a while considering how busy the place was at that time. Last night was a nightmare. It was more than an hour between ordering in the app and getting my food. I sat in the driveway for 45 minutes. I thought the lady ahead of me was stuck or something - nope, no one was taking orders. When she finally made her order, I pulled up to tell them I was here, but not one was on the other end. I pulled to the window instead. The same dude asked me three different times about what my order was and if I had paid. The burger, fries and strips were handed to me, but not the nuggets. I had to wait for several more minutes. When I got home and opened the food, I was very disappointed. Cold burger that tasted off, didn't have my changes and that I didn't eat. Cold fries that were underdone mush that were inedible. Burnt chicken strips that I gave to the dog. The nuggets were okay (though I didn't like the spicey ones, which is not your fault). In the end, I ate some nuggets and made myself a sandwich.

Not sure but I'm sure if they did they have been reprimanded or even fired, especially in this climate of law enforcement vs. the people protesting law enforcement right now, I can't imagine they would just let that slide but that's just my opinion
