Customer service is lacking! Second time I've used their notary service because it's closest to home but definitely the LAST! Unfriendly and expensive! I have NEVER complained about a store or service before but this place is less than one star! Unpleasant experience!

I've only been here once, trying to find out some info for my sister about possibly shipping a package. The manager, Adam Kraft, came out to help me within a second of entering. He was SO kind and knowledgeable. Since it wasn't for me, I didn't know too many details about the size of the package or where it would be going, but that didn't stop him. He took so much time to give me estimates & best and worst case price scenarios based on what the item was and where it might be going, even though he could have easily sent me away because I didn't know anything that would be helpful. He also had soo much knowledge of different items and boxes & what they all weigh & cost. He even gave me some insider tips. He made me feel like I was the only customer in the world. It's not very often that you get that level of knowledge and that much individual customer service from anyone. This man is an example of what every employee of every business should be.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I needed a nice printout of my resume and portfolio for a job interview and was not disappointed by the quality provided for me. Adam, the owner, was quick to engage and offer help. I will definitely be back to support this new location and US vet's endeavor!
