Love the choices! However the staff could use some lessons in Customer Service!! Had to keep going up to the registers to ask for help. The 3 yes 3 associates just looked at me....I'm guessing hoping the other would offer! Not 1 of them were even with a customer. Sad Really!

We came in to exchange some blackout roll downs that didn't fit and were cut incorrectly, as we measured them with a measuring tape. I was extremely disappointed in the store managers deminor towards us (Lori). It was more of pointing fingers and deflecting the situation than lending a positiveness to it all. If itit wasn for the supervisor Dee Dee being called off her break to assist I don't think I would ever go back. I was very pleased with the friendly customer service to help us get what we were looking for. I hope this insight is used to correct the shopping experience at your place of business and fill it with better store management, but applaud the good workers and continue to add good workers.

Customer service totally rediculous. The cashier was awesome. Forget the boss lady. She doesn't deserve to be the boss.
