Dr. Branch made me feel so comfortable and took the time to explain the procedure in detail so that I would understand and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all and it was even encouraged to reach out if I had any further questions. His staff is phenomenal and very nice!

Dawn is my miracle worker! She is always friendly, kind and full of tidbits and suggestions. She definitely has met her calling ! She was even willing to meet with me on her lunch hour as it was the only time I had available. You don't see that happening much in the medical field. She better never plan on leaving!

I just had the most wonderful experience with Dawn Caron RN at Bangor Plastic & Hand. I went in for a Botox consult not knowing a lot about what I was getting myself in to. Dawn sat me down and explained everything so thoroughly that she answered all my questions before I could even ask them. She really put my mind at ease and I was ready to move forward. The procedure itself was a breeze. Dawn was gentle, she explained everything she was doing in a very calming way. I enjoyed my experience today and I have already scheduled my next visit!
