Honestly - super super upset with the experience I got here. This was my FIRST dress appointment yet & I was super excited. I booked a VIP bridal experience with this store for July 26. & again - I was soooo excited as my mom and sister flew from the west coast to come be here and experience this with me. I’d looked online and checked what the Bangor store had in store and made a list of dresses I loved, I made sure to list collection name. Dress name. And dress number { I work in the wedding industry and know well } I got to my 11pm appointment 5 minutes early only to be kept waiting for 20 minutes which is fine as I honestly assumed they were setting up snacks and such - by the time I was being taken upstairs with my group it was nearly 11:15 We got to the very public area and we’re sat down. - no snacks and no drinks. I brought up that I set up a vip packaged and she went ‘ oh you did ? It’s not what was booked ‘ quite rudely in front of my group . I insisted I had and she went and checked and realized they’d made a mistake. I was brought stale crackers and soggy grapes as well as plastic cups of apple cider and hardly any Champaign. I was told none of my dresses I had listed were in store - she didn’t even check. I listed ONE dress. I was able to try on 6 dresses total - under the booking it says it was a hour and forty five minutes given to us. I got maybe 30 - 45 ? I have a time stamp from a selfie taken when we left at 12:00 … I asked to try on more dresses and was told ‘ we can pick out on last one ‘ While her tone was ‘ sweet ‘ and came off as nice the way she went about it came off like she wanted us out and I was a child. I also wasn’t given the robe promised and we still tipped her $20 - I have booked a Portland try on for this week and can only HOPE this one is better but after this utter disappointment as a bride I don’t expect much. The reason they get 2 stars was due to the pretty dresses and the good prices . The service was awful.

I said yes to the dress here! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful selection of dresses. The building itself is beautiful. Would definitely recommend to any and all brides to be!
