The staff was excellent! We interacted with the front desk house keeping and breakfast staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pool was also really nice and didn't feel over chlorinated. There isn't much of a 3ft section for small swimmers but the slope is very gentle. I appreciated being able to float in the 9.5 ft side. The rooms were clean but it whole place could use some updating. Carpet in the hall is buckled up everywhere and stained from bleach. The walls in the bathroom are thin. I could hear our neighbors conversations clearly. Where we really had an issue is 2 nights in a row around 2am our neighbors got into a screaming fight in the middle of the night including slaming doors. On the second night I called the front desk and with in a minute I could hear the person at the front desk talking to the neighbors and they quieted down. Their quick and efficient response to the problems made me appreciate the staff here so much more.

Staff was so amazing and friendly. Hotel and rooms were clean. Hot breakfast is served everyday. Rooms have a fridge and microwave. The bed wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst either. I would stay here again though.

Rochelle is amazing! She deserves much recognition! She was so helpful to my family and accommodating! So friendly and welcoming! By far the best experience I’ve had at a hotel! The hotel it sept was clean and quiet. This was a great time!!

Quiet, clean, felt comfortable staying there... Beds and pillows were comfy... Bathroom a little small but not a big deal... Breakfast was okay nothing to brag about... But the front desk clerk Rochelle was definitely something to brag about!!! She was fun energetic and pleasant to deal with at check-in and check out
