It's a great place to live. One of the better mobile home parks on the west side of north port. They have 2 clean pools, hot tub, fitness room, and tennis. Everyone is super friendly. 24 manned security. Plenty of activies and clubs to join.

The HOA is $140 per month in 2020 and is expected to remain the same in 2021.

Hi John We have over 1000 homes so some one is always renting. Unfortunetly we do not keep a centralized list of what rentals are available. The rentals are managed individually by owners.
Pets are allowed only in designated pet sections/streets, excluding cats that are kept exclusively indoors. The current listings are not in pet designated areas. The weight limit for pets is a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds. Maximum of two animals per pet-approved household.
It is permissible for homeowners to allow friends and relatives, as guests, to use their home when they are not present. Guests must register at the office upon arriving. The homeowner must advise the office in writing in advance of his or her permission so visitors can be admitted and treated as guests. Guests, including their children, are permitted to stay no more than thirty (30) days in any calendar year in the Park.
To the best of my knowledge, all mobile home parks in North Port are 55 and older. Note that this means that at least one person residing in a unit must be fifty-five (55) years of age or older and any other person occupying that unit must be forty-five (45) years of age or older.
We only handle home sales, not rentals. Individual home owners may rent their homes for long terms, but we maintain no records regarding rentals.

The Real Estate office at La Casa does not handle rentals - only sales. However, individual owners do rent their homes privately.

I personally do not have a pet. Pets are allowed in pet sections. Limited to two dogs less than 25lbs. each. Cats are allowed in all areas, but no matter where they are must be inside cats. They cannot be left out to wander.
