First time visiting the store. I was looking for something for our little dogs, Kera came over to ask what I was looking for. I was shown some antlers and then some choices on rubber dog balls the next isle over. I ended up purchasing one of each. I have never met such a friendly and thoughtful representative in a pet store, enough for me to stop and take the time to make a review. In fact everyone on the store was cheery and accommodating. Definitely will return based on the customer service. Keep these employees at all costs!!!!!

I LOVE this particular location. The managers John and Val are awesome!! Love their attitudes and personality. The employees are friendly too and asks if you need help with anything. When you stop in, make sure to give Annie, their mastiff a few pets!

Always such a great experience when we visit. Everyone is so kind, customer service is 10/10 that is so hard to come by these days. Had to let the staff/owners know they’re all doing a terrific job. I had a heavy bag of dog food, & my 2 yr old with me, man was kind enough to offer me a hand to the car. It was so greatly appreciated. I recommend this pet store to all of our friends.
