It is sad when a sandwich (no fries), a milk shake, and a cup of ice filled with lemonade costs $18+ dollars and the servers are told they are not allowed to serve lemonade without ice. Get a grip... lemonade is cheap, why short change your customers on an expensive meal? The server was very nice and understanding, which earns them 2 stars.

Took away Mediterranean wrap so that stinks but went inside and their were nats which I know come from outside but they need to work on keeping them out of the store.. Employees just do their job but dont smile or have real good customer service skills.. Also bring back my wrap...

I had a birthday email for a free small shake and small fry with ANY sandwich purchase. I ordered the 2 for 6 fish sandwiches and was told could not use the birthday deal with the 2 for 6. The fine print on the coupon states cannot use on slider purchase or cannot be combined with any other coupon. Not happy with you Arby's! Also, the curly fry order had exactly 1 whole fry, the rest were pieces at best!
