No one seems to want to help customers that arent their race or fit their criteria of someone to help... food is crusty at night with old sitting fries... location a no go... too many chances with no change...

They always forget something. Today they left out my daughter’s chicken nuggets. Of course, I only noticed after my 10-minute ride back home. I called to ask what they can do. They would only replace the 4-piece if i drove the 10 minutes back. I said “that’s all you can do”. The man’s response- “c’mon man, we can do this the easy way or the hard way.” Lol What is the hard way I wonder?

They made an error on my order in the drive-thru. Went in to get it corrected. Standing in aligned that was five people deep. After 10 minutes the line had not moved anywhere. And not a single employee had even talked to any of the people waiting in line. Avoid.

The food at this location was very good. However there was a grumpy elderly working at this location at noon time treating her Co workers terrible she really needs an attitude adjustment and more customer service training otherwise they can watch their business go down hill.
