The floors were filthy and the restaurant smelled! Inside and outside packed. One cashier inside. Ordered crispy chicken and got regular chicken sandwich. Took 30 minutes to get ‘fast food’! I won’t be back to this location!

Great service, clean and food is cooked very well. Friendly staff, they were short staffed and still managed to get stuff done in a timely manner even with it being very busy. I live all the way on 35 ave and cactus, my nearest McDonald’s off the i17 and thunderbird needs to step it up. I know its just McDonald’s but not a lot of them are great.

Got coffee and a sandwich for my co-worker this morning, this place has never really impressed me but it’s the easiest MC Donald’s for me to get to. Found a tag floating in my coffee I regret to say I had already drank some… so gross. After looking up the brand and number on the tag looks like it belongs to a food Thermometer, even worse! Will never go here again. Stick to the bagel place!

I picked up an Uber Eats order tonight. I was met up in the front and serviced quickly. This is just as important for Uber drivers as it is for walk-in customers. It helps us deliver food in a timely manner and could contribute to us getting better tips! :) Thank you!!
